Anne Andrews Juntunen joined Halfnight & McKinlay in
2012. After practising in the United States for several
years, Anne relocated to Toronto and was called to the
Bar in Ontario.
Anne earned her JD in 2006 from Washington University in St. Louis, where she served as an editor on the Washington University Law Review. After receiving her Georgia Call to the Bar, she went on to serve as a judicial law clerk for the Honourable C. Christopher Hagy, Magistrate Judge in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She practised for several years in the litigation group of the Atlanta law firm of Berman Fink Van Horn P.C. In 2011, Anne was selected as an LGT Venture Philanthropy Fellow, for which she completed a yearlong assignment with a Delhi, India-based public health organization.
Anne’s practice with Halfnight & McKinlay includes fidelity insurance cases and other commercial insurance matters, including professional liability claims, directors’ and officers’ coverage, CGL, products liability and business interruption claims.
Anne is an active member of The Advocates’ Society, Canadian Defence Lawyers, Toronto Lawyers Association, American Bar Association
Professional Liability Underwriting
Society. In her free time, Anne enjoys traveling, cooking and rock climbing.
